1) What will the average budget look like for an attendee?

Here’s an approximated sample:

1.) Hotel Room Cost (Cut off by September 6, 2023)

• King (3 nights) : 149/night = $447
• Double Bed (3 nights) : 149/night = $447
• Check In at 3:00pm , Check Out by 11:00am.

Miscellaneous/ Entertainment

• Food: 15×3 days = $135 = (average)
• Average costs for Uber = $12
• Registration: $225 (Earlybird, After September 10, 2023  $250)
• Church Builders Workshop : $50
• ICCM Gala $50

2) What is the group room rate at the conference hotel?

• The group room rate is $119 +tax, per night for King Bed and $129+tax, per night for Double beds
• Please book your room through the group block here

• If you have any problems booking your room, please contact Dr. Jen Watkins at jen.watkins@usd21.org. The cutoff date for booking your room at the group rate is September 6, 2023. After this date, the rooms and rates are based on availability.

3) Is internet access included with the hotel room rate at the Marriott Renaissance? 

• Complimentary Standard wireless internet in guest rooms

• There are two options:

1. Discounted overnight parking rate of $25.00 including in and out privileges.
2. Discounted daily parking rate of $25.00 and does not include in and out privileges.

5) Does the hyatt regency offer an airport shuttle service?

• Enjoy shuttle service to and from O’Hare International Airport, it departs and arrives from the main entrance of the hotel and picks up from door 1 of the shuttle center at ORD.

6) What is the dress code for the Conference?

• Thursday Church Builders:  Smart Casual

• Thursday ICCM Gala: Formal

• Friday General Session: Business Forma: Business Casual

• Saturday Mercy Workshop: Mercy Shirt

• Saturday Breakout section: Business Casual

• Evening Banquet: Formal

• Sunday Church Service: Sunday Best

7) Will there be a church builders workshop?

• Yes, NFMC Church Builders Workshop “Miraculous” will be Thursday, October 5th beginning at 1:30pm. Please check with your overseeing Evangelist or Women’s Ministry Leader before registering.

8) Is there a fee for the church builders?

• Yes. The cost is $50 and it can be paid for when you register online at the website. Please check with your overseeing Evangelist or Women’s Ministry Leader before registering.

9) who can attend the iccm gala?

• Current ICCM Students, and ICCM Alumni are invited to the ICCM Gala
• Future students are also invited. (Please confirm with Evangelist/Women’s Ministry Leader before registering)

10) When will childcare (Kingdom Kids) be provided?

• Kingdom Kids will ONLY be provided for the Sunday Worship Service on October 8th from 10am CST to the end of the service.
• Childcare will need to be secured for the other parts of the conference.

11) How should I handle childcare/babysitting?

• It’s important to handle childcare/babysitting with people (whether family members or other disciples) whom you trust, and have it organized for your child before the conference.
• Children are only allowed during Sunday’s worship service.

12) Is there a discounted rate for children at the banquet?

• There should not be any children coming to the banquet.
• Please make sure that you have a plan for your children at this time.

13) How do you register for the banquet?

• You don’t need to register for the banquet separately. The banquet is included when you register for the conference.

14) When do people need to be registered by?

• Early Bird Conference registration is open until September 10th, $225 per person. After September 10th, the Conference registration fee is $240 per person.
• We ask that people register and book their hotel reservations as soon as possible.

15) Can I send a check to pay the hotel?

• Unfortunately, the Hyatt Regency is not receiving checks neither for the conference nor the hotel rooms.

16) Will food be provided at the event?

• Breakfast at the hotel is available for purchase.
• The banquet will be held Saturday evening where we provide dinner and dessert.
• All other meals are to be self-prepared or self-bought at nearby places.

17) Can marrieds register as a couple?

• We are going through great lengths to make sure everyone has an easy registration process.
• However, it is necessary for marrieds to register individually with their own names as separate attendees. This includes for church builders

18) Should I encourage my attendees to stay with Chicago disciples at their houses?

• We encourage everyone during the conference to stay in the Hyatt Regency. Although we would love to house and encourage every disciple who is coming, we suggest instead that you link up with other disciples from around the world who are coming for this amazing conference.

19) What is there to do in Chicago?

21) How to get to and around Chicago?

• Metra Train:Arlington Park Station
• Metra Train: Palatine Station
• The Marriott Renaissance offers a free shuttle service within three miles of the hotel to local malls, and restaurants. However, there is no shuttle service from the hotel to or from the airport.

22) If I haven’t registered for the Gala/ Churchbuilders and want to how can I re-register?

• We have added a link on the conference website that will allow you to register for the Gala and/or churchbuilders if you didn’t add it while registering for the conference.
